Shelley Sawyer

Since 2004, I have worked in various roles at a major mutual fund company as well as an assistant to a team of financial advisors. I have been a part of the Blue Haven team managing our client relationships since its inception in 2017.  I hold my Virginia state insurance license which assists our advisors with fixed insurance business and I am also a notary public for the state of Virginia.

I am passionate about ensuring our clients receive the care and support they deserve. I enjoy the opportunity to make a difference in other’s lives while making the process of planning for their retirement years as seamless as possible.

I am originally from Chesapeake, Virginia and have called the Blue Ridge mountains home since 2007 with my husband and two sons. I spend my free time volunteering for our local YMCA swim team and baking.
